Upon realizing I had forgotten my shower bag, the hotel staff promptly returned it to me, showcasing their exceptional attention to detail and care for their guests. the ironing facilities in the room were top-notch, allowing me to quickly freshen up my clothes for a business meeting. the heating was also perfect, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxation after a long day of exploring the city. the sitting area was spacious and comfortable, perfect for unwinding with a cup of tea from the electric kettle provided in the well-equipped kitchen. Overall, the hotel truly exceeded my high expectations and I cannot wait to return for another exceptional stay.
